Juan Racheal is a Project Assistant (focal point, South Sudan) at The Peace Centre. She is tasked with conducting strategic and periodic planning, programme implementation, resource mobilization, policy advocacy and lobbying, networking representation, collaboration and advocacy, team building, among other duties assigned to her. 

Racheal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Governance and International Relations. Prior to joining Women’s International Peace Centre, Juan did internship at the South Sudan Embassy in Uganda, volunteered at Bakhita Radio in South Sudan as a newsreader and editor. She also volunteered at International Youth Fellowship as a mind education instructor and finally did internship at Action Africa HelpInternational, South Sudan. Juan conducted a research study on refugee livelihood in Kiryandongo refugee camp.
