Nassozi Margaret is a Volunteer working with the Exchange Program at the Peace Centre. She supports the programme team part in planning and organising activities, reporting, and supports in administration duties.
Margaret is a women’s rights activist, an expert trainer and facilitator using her practical instructional skills as a trained science teacher to impart knowledge and skills to others at local, national and regional levels. She has vast experience working with local women leaders, women groups and individuals in conflict and post conflict situations.
As a professional Counselling Psychologist, Margaret brings to the Peace Centre emotional healing initiatives that contribute to complete and healthful living of body, mind and soul which support wellness and self-care of individuals. She has had opportunities to provide emotional and Psychological support that led to individual and community healing, end GBV initiatives, mentored young women leaders at different levels.
Margaret holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Counselling Psychology a B.A in Educational Administration and Evaluation y and a Diploma in Education.
Margaret is loves writing, composing music and producing drama.
