Suzan Nkinzi heads The Peace Centre’s Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Programme. Suzan tracks progress of The Peace Centre’s programmes and clearly establishes the change that accrues there from, as well as coordinating the research. Suzan is responsible for tracking and reporting on programme success, identifying performance indicators, developing quality assurance strategies, maintaining contact with program partners and ensuring all programme aspects comply with institutional requirements. She is also responsible for compiling, analyzing and interpreting data from field research and ensures that feedback is provided to all relevant stakeholders regarding the performance of the project.

Suzan has post-graduate training in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Bachelors’ degree in Information Management along with various certificates in leadership, peace building, counselling, ICTs and web 2.0 among others. She has 8 years’ experience in programme planning, evaluation, knowledge management and monitoring.

Suzan enjoys the constant discovery and learning from colleagues and women in the field as well as reading motivational materials/books.
