Women’s International Peace Centre (The Peace Centre), formerly Isis-Women’s International Cross-Cultural Exchange (Isis-WICCE), is a feminist organization with a mission to ignite women’s leadership, amplify their voices and deepen their activism in re-creating peace.
The Peace Centre invites suitably qualified bidders at District, National and International level to submit sealed bids for pre-qualification for the provision of various categories of goods and services as listed below for the year 2023- 2025 from the following Locations: Uganda (Lira, Dokolo, Mbale, Yumbe, Adjumani, Arua, Napak, Moroto, Kotido, Kasese, Amuria, Wakiso and Kampala); Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan.
Existing suppliers who wish to be retained MUST apply and submit up-to-date information as requested in this pre-qualification document.
In addition to the requirements in the pre-qualification application form, interested applicants must provide the following documents:
- Certificate of registration of business in the country of operation (Uganda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan)
- Revenue Authority Tax Registration Certificate
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial year ended 30th June 2022
- Articles and Memorandum of Association
- Audited Accounts for at least the last three years indicating the annual turnover
- CVs of Management and Technical Staff
- Official Business physical, postal, telephone and email address
- Proof of insurance of business and workman’s compensation (where applicable)
- Certified Bank Statement for the period ended 30th June 2022
- Reference and recommendations from at least 3 present clients
For District-based Service Providers;
- Certificate of registration of business in Uganda.
