1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website wipc.org (the “Site”) and any official Women’s International Peace Center (WIPC) mobile applications or other digital services (collectively, the “Associated Digital Platforms”), you (the “User”) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
By accessing and using the website, you agree and confirm that you are 18 years and above and or have explicit consent from your guardian or parent to use the said digital platforms.
These Terms govern all use of the Site and Associated Digital Platforms and their content, features, and services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Digital Platforms.

Women’s International Peace Center (WIPC) (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Digital Platforms after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Purpose of the Site and Associated Digital Platforms
The Digital Platforms are provided by WIPC primarily for informational, educational, and non-commercial purposes related to our mission, programs, and activities. The information provided is not intended as professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All content on the Digital Platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and documents, is the property of WIPC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Digital Platforms and their content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You acknowledge that WIPC shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your reliance on any content, goods, or services available through such third parties.

The Digital Platforms and their content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WIPC disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall WIPC, its directors, officers, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Digital Platforms; or (ii) unauthorized access or use of your transmissions or content.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WIPC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Digital Platforms.
