SASA! Together Support Phase Training For Community Activists in Adjumani

The notion that violence against women is cultural for some communities and therefore does not warrant a serious response continues to put women at greater risk. The Peace Centre trained of 30 Community Activists 15 from the host communities and 15 from the refugee communities to equip the Community Activists with knowledge and skills in joining power together with others to create change. The Community Activists under-went a three day’s SASA Together Support Phase training in Adjumani from 28th to 31st May 2021.
