Cynthia Anneth Ayikoru is the Human Resource and Administrative Officer at the Peace Centre. Her role greatly involves personnel functions such as recruitment, office administration, interviews, compliance regulation, team building and employee relations. Cynthia takes pleasure in seeing that staff have a very conducive working environment and are happy to work every day. It is her greatest joy seeing that every staff’s rights are respected and that they are responsible enough not to abuse their privileges for the benefit of the entire team.

Cynthia brings her heart of service to the Peace Centre, a formidable attribute that she believes positively impacts all teams because no one is an island. Work Pressures and workload get overwhelming but a helping hand is what can make someone smile and feel that they are understood and cared for.

Before joining The Peace Centre, she worked at Kalson Medical Services as the Human Resource and Administrative Officer from 2018 – 2020. She also has a broad background teaching French, Geography and science in international schools for the past 5 years from 2015 – 2018.

Cynthia enjoys philanthropy, traveling, swimming, riding bikes, reading, singing and shopping.
